"PARADOUNAI TON TOIOUTON TWi SATANAi EIS OLEQRON THS SARKOS, hINA TO PNEUMA SWQHi EN THi hHMERAi TOU KURIOU" (1 Cor. 5:5).
I may be wrong, but I don't think the use of "hHINA" here suggests either certainty or a mere possibility, but simply expresses the aim or purpose of the "PARADOUNAI...TWi SATANAi".

Subject: [B-Greek] Hina clause with subjunctive
ina to pneuma swqh
Does this *hina* clause in 1 Cor 5.5 suggest Paul's certainty of a future
deliverance or merely the possibility of a future deliverance?
