[B-Greek] teaching Greek I-II using Croy but with modern pronunciation

I in fact did exactly what you are proposing to do the last time I taught a NT Greek class, 
using Croy's text. In the middle of the course they came out with the edition with the CD 
with quizzes and answer keys.
 
It was at an Orthodox Church (OCA - i.e., Russian links, not Greek, but I had one Greek 
Orthodox Church member in my class), so since I'd been learning the prayers, etc., using 
the Modern Greek pronunciation, it was easy for me to teach using both Modern Greek 
(i.e., what Caragounis calls the Historical Greek Pronunciation) and Erasmian, though I 
primarily encouraged Randall Buth's Phonemic Koinê pronunciation. I created a chart 
comparing the three (my first versions were not quite correct, but I think this one now is).
