[B-Greek] bibliography of progressive reading texts

I know this question has come up from time to time, but is anyone aware of a
bibliographic list of texts which, if one was to learn to read Koine Greek
through voluminous reading-and the occasional help of a grammar-but could
not really take part in a course, or a trip to Israel, and didn't have
Randall Buth's materials available, would help him or her to develop reading
comprehension in a progressive way? Such a list would include NT books with
other texts at their appropriate level of individual complexity. Such a list
would include classical Greek texts that might aid in comprehension of
Koine, Hellenistic Jewish texts of the time period, Apostolic fathers, etc.
I read suggestions on B-Greek all the time, but I'm not aware of any
attempts at a comprehensive reading list to go from simple to complicated,
including the NT texts in the proper framework. As someone who is interested
in re-learning Greek, specifically to read it, but always by internalizing
the language as much as possible given the situation, I don't have a wide
range of options at my local library from what I can tell. And I don't know
where to begin with buying them, or any good collections that area already
available.
If such a list does not exist, then perhaps that could be an interesting
task for those of you who are well acquainted with Classical literature.
