LSJ has a reference to this

  ELLIPTICAL CONSTRUCTIONS:

with the Verb of the protasis omitted, chiefly in the following  
expressions:

  μὰ τὼ θεώ, εἰ μὴ Κρίτυλλά γ' [εἰμί]— 
nay, if I'm not Critylla! i.e. I am, Ar.Th.898;
