[B-Greek] DIA phrase with an infinitive

That's really the point of my article. Nearly everywhere else in 
Aristeas Moses is treated as the law's author in a strong sense. God's 
involvement is reduced to his having endowed Moses with a prodigious 
intellect so that the legislator could achieve this heroic feat. Hence 
just above the passage in question Ptolemy praises Moses' great mind, 
implying that his human intellect was the source of its content. So it 
would be strange for Demetrius to suddenly attribute the law's 
composition to God directly -- but this is what commentators and 
translators have assumed he is doing!
