I am forwarding herewith two responses from Jerry Davis, a new list-
member; these were approved for forwarding to the list but seem to
have slipped through the cracks for some reason I know not which (they
may come trickling in ... ):

"Die ältesten Apologeten" through Amazon Germany
"The oldest apologists". Texts with short discharges (hardcover)
The seller says, "Publication notes: as 1914 is specified, it is most
likely a year without stress. Cover and verfrbt kinked."

39 Euros
You can roughly translate German to English of whatever is written
about the volume by cutting and pasting using: http://translation.babylon.com/
If you search with that German 'ä' you get some more interesting hits.
There was also apparently a 1984 reprint.

More. I think they're all pointing to the same book from Buxbox,
Berlin. But it is a different one than the previous one I found.
