[B-Greek] Attic Greek Primer for Children?

You don't indicate your daughter's age or grade-level. I don't know  
the Nutting work, but I'd recommend something like OUP's _Athenaze_  
for lower level beginners (it seems to me more of a high-schoolish  
textbook, while CUP's (JACT) _Reading Greek_ is at a somewhat higher  
level; both of these textbooks emphasize reading ability rather than  
traditional pedagogy.
