Here's what I see:

AGIE ABRAAMA BWHQI TON DOULON SOU NILON TON DMARMARARHN KAI AGAQHMERON  
KAI UGIAN KAI WMABIC KAI QWMACIAN KAI ABLALA KAI ANASTASIAN

I would take that string of accusatives as all representing names, as  
well: Holy/Saint Abraam, help your servant Nilos of Marmarares, and  
Agathemeron, and Ygias, and Omabis, and Thomasian, and Ablala, and  
Anastasias.

This is similar to various inscriptions found in church mosaics, where  
a donor and family members are recorded.  This would originally have  
been such a plaque with the same kind of border as those inscriptions,  
with a rhomboid shape  projecting from either side of the border.   
Traces of the left one are apparent in the photo.
