[B-Greek] List of Representative Koine Authors

The list would have to include Epictetus. I wonder how Atticizing the
Deipnosophistae by Athenaeus would be? I haven't looked at it for a
while, but I remember it including such a wide range of popular
knowledge/legend that it seems a likely possibility to me.
