Cf. hO . . . KALESAS in Luke 14:9 and hO KEKLHKWs in Luke 14:10; it's not
obvious to me that they differ at all in meaning. (I just happen to have
noticed these this morning.) But within 14:8, I think there's a difference
in aspect between KLHQHS and H KEKLHMENOS.
