First, in relation to my last questions, if you have recommendations
as to what I should read to be able to answer them, that would help too.
Now for my next question. I have an Analytical Lexicon, and every
part of the entry is explained in the front, except one. Let me give an
example (Unicode first, ASCII after):
(5045) τέκτων, ονος, ὁ, nom. sg. m. n. [Section 4.2.e] /an artisan/; and spc.
/one who works in wood, a carpenter/, Matt. 13:55; Mark 6:3
(5045) TE/KTWN, ONOS, hO, nom. sg. m. n. [Section 4.2.e] /an artisan/; and spc.
/one who works in wood, a carpenter/, Matt. 13:55; Mark 6:3
The part that isn't explained in my book is the part where it says
«ονος, ὁ» (ONOS, hO). Are these alternative endings to the word? The ὁ (hO)
can't be; I'm having trouble thinking of what these might be. Does anyone
know? If so, are you willing to tell me?
:)
