That's not much of a context, but here's a stab.

ELASHi is aoarist subjunctive 3 sg. of ELAUNW, which means,  
essentially, "push forward." It is used of marching, rowing, pushing  
forward methodically. Here the sense must be something like, "even if  
he/she/it presses on to the uttermost wickedness ... " (assuming that  
ELASHi here is intransitive).
