In terms of recent work, the closest you could probably get would be Levinsohn's Discourse Features, which deals with a lot of issues that are often relegated to "stylistic variance."

But it's not the easiest book to read.

Subject: [B-Greek] Resource on Word Order

I am looking to do some Koine Greek composition, but I'm realizing that my
grasp on word order (and other elements of style) is quite tenuous. Are
there any resources devoted to Koine composition, especially to style?
