Subject: [B-Greek] He is Risen
In light of Easter I was wondering what would be the Greek equivalent
of our phrase "he is risen.... he is risen indeed."
Looking at some passages (esp. Lk 24:34) I would think it would be
HGERQH... ONTWS HGERQH. But there is also the use of ANESTH, but
HGERQH seems to be used a lot more. Would there be any real difference
between these two words?
