No, the genitive of comparison is an ablatival genitive with a sense of "on the side away from X"; ISCUROTEROS MOU is "on the strong side away from me." There has to be a comparative adjective or adverb to which the genitive-case form relates.

There is an abbreviated comparison, omitting a gen. art (Mt 5:20ἐὰν μὴ περισσεύσῃ ἡ δικαιοσύνη ἡμῶν πλεῖον τῶν γραμματέων EAN MH PERISSEUSHi hH DIKAOSUNH hHMWN PLEION TWN GRAMMATEWN, Ac 4:22ἐτῶν … ἦν πλειόνων τεσσεράκοντα ETWN ... The NT uses παρά PARA and ὑπέρ hUPER in place of both gen. and ἤ H. There are a few class. exx. (ὑπέρ hUPER rarer than παρά PARA), and in MGr παρά PARA or ἀπό APO is the regular substitute for gen. of comp. BDAG 2 translates “Christianity is (truly) great” but does not explain the genitive. The closest I could find in Smyth is 1320 “Genitive of Quality” (“Christianity is of the quality of greatness when it is hated?”) but the examples Smyth gives make more sense than this passage.
