[B-Greek] Adding accents

I've missed some of the messages in this thread, so my apologies if this has already been covered or if I've misunderstood the discussion.  I use the Keyman program from Tavultesoft, which allows you to add accents in any order after the letter on which they should appear.  To create the character ᾖ (eta with iota subscript, smooth breathing and circumflex), you type the eta, then | ] = in any order.  There used to be a free version, but I don't think there is any more.  I think the Keyman Light program (which allows you to download 2 keyboard maps - mine is Classical Greek) is under $20 - well worth it for my money.
