My LSJ gives that and more beside such as Il 7.

Does anyone know of a Greek text or phrase that would be the
equivalent of our "fear of death"? My Intermediate Greek-English
Lexicon (Liddel and Scott) on Accordance notes ADEHS QANATOU "without
fear of death" in Plato, but without reference.
