Yes, agreed.
the varous classical reference grammars in various languages are
directly applicable to first century Greek. Mark's suggestion to just
write KOINH somwehere on the title page isn't far off target.

One addition that I didn't see in the thread (maybe overlooked on my
part) is Moulton-Howard, vol. 2. Howard discusses morphological
features that don't always show up in later grammars. It is still a
useful work.

One that probsably should not be included is Dana-Mantey, as not everyone
would grant its reliability. For the 'eight case system' one may read
Robertson at length, and should be forwarned that such is a classic mixing
of etymology and meaning, though at a syntactic level rather than
a vocabulary level.
