Dear all,
Another source of downloadable books is the Library of Congress catalogue <http://catalog.loc.gov/> where one often finds a book tagged with a link "electronic resource available." These links can be a bit hit and miss - sometimes they seem to go nowhere, other times they go to various university libraries with various access restrictions, but sometimes they prove very helpful.
Indeed, in respects of Smyth, the link leads to a far better option than Google.
One has to click through to <http://www.textkit.com/learn/ID/142/author_id/63/> to eventually find the download, but;
1. It's complete (the Google copy is missing the last few pages of the index).
and
2. Has clickable chapter headings etc.
Incidentally, the site listed above has a few other Greek resources at: <http://www.textkit.com/greek_grammar.php>
Regards,
Murray Hogg
