Not about NT Greek:

Diane Blakemore,

Understanding Utterances. Oxford: Blackwell (1992)

Discourse and relevance theory, - Handbook of Discourse Analysis. Ed. D. Schiffrin et al Blackwells (2001)

Relevance and linguistic meaning: The Semantics and pragmatics of discourse markers, Cambridge University Press (2002)

I found her first book Understanding Utterances well worth reading. I don't recall much about the others, I probably read some sections from them.
