	Rolf mentions a quote from page 276, but the words cited are actually 
from the other page reference Rolf gives, viz, p. 126. I'm not sure of 
the relevance of page 276 to the discussion, and Rolf might be kind 
enough to point out whatever obvious thing I'm overlooking. The online 
edition is dated to the year Rolf mentions, 1833.
