Thank you Wieland

It is useful to see how the pronunciation is given in Théodore de Bèze's
Grammar on pages 11-12, also the discussion on prosodoi on pages 13&14.

Recently I am working on Theodosios Grammar to be published in Greece, and
was very impressed by the different approach that Grammars are presented
from the early Hellenistic to late Byzantine and early Renaissances eras.
