As I think this was really intended to the list, I'll take the liberty of cc'ing my reply. CWC

Basic questions should be welcome here.
The language IS in fact Koine Greek, not a whit different from the Greek of the UBS edition.
Where this differs from the UBS4 and NA27 edition lies in the text-critical decisions of the
editors. This one is what's called the "Byzantine recension" or Majority Text, which is based
upon a consensus of a a majority of the manuscripts of the Greek New Testament; the "critical
text" of UBS4 and NA27 is based upon an editorial committee's judgment of what the reading
of the earliest manuscripts must have been. Others may offer you more sophisticated explanations
than this. The fact is, however, that there are relatively few differences of real significance
between the two texts. Unless you feel you have your own solid grounding in the area of
textual criticism, you are going to have to rely upon a text of the Greek NT based upon
the judgment of one or another set of experts.

These are smaller than anything I'm aware has been for sale in the U.S. for a good many years. The small one, by the way, is not for the visually challenged, but its type is excellent in clarity.

Availability is limited, and whether these will become a regular stock item has not yet been determined. As a matter of disclosure, I am not profiting personally from the sale of these Greek NTs.
