You can also do what's functionally the same within the browser,
without downloading the file, by using View->Encoding->Unicode
(UTF-8). Oddly, the page source I see specifies charset=utf-8,
although Firefox did open it at first with windows-1251 encoding for
me too; Google Chrome went straight to Unicode though.
