[B-Greek] Combination Septuagint and Greek NT Lexicon in One Volume?

Can you name some LXX words not included in LSJG? There are issues with its treatment of some LXX words as if their meaning was derived from the meaning of the Hebrew word, but it's pretty comprehensive (and the supplement ameliorates the problem).

Next year Hendrickson will be releasing a new LXX lexicon by Gary Chamberlain that will be supplemental to BDAG. In other words, it will provide LXX coverage wherever that is lacking in BDAG. I can't quote a price for it yet, but it will be significantly less expensive than the standard LXX lexicons. And btw, the "Big Megillah" does not include everything; at points its LXX coverage is seriously inadequate.

To the best of my knowledge, there are only two lexica which specifically deal
with the LXX -- (1) Eynkel, Lust and Hauspie, (2) Muraoka. Much is contained in
BDAG, but not everything. It would appear that the Big Megillah is truly the
only lexicon which includes everything (even though not with the thoroughness of
BDAG).

Dear all,
Is there a single 1 volume book out there that that has
1. Lexicon for the LXX
Plus
2. Lexicon for the New Testament
combined in one volume?
Or should I just purchase the giant Liddell Scott Jones Greek Lexicon?
Thank you for your assistance.
