[B-Greek] MONOGENHS in the fourth gospel

In this web page, under 'Proper Name', I am not sure what it means by
'titles of people'.

It gives examples: Dr. Kenny White, President Jimmy Ayusso, Ms. Miri Thomas etc.

What is the 'title' meant here?  'Dr', 'President', 'Ms', etc.? or the
whole thing of Title+Name?  I hope I am not fastidious about this one.
