Mark,
I also have found Duff to be very good particularly in a non-Western
teaching situation. Of course there are limitations but it is well
organised, does not assume a knowledge of English grammar and is moderate in
price - always a big consideration. It has an accompanying CD for those who
want and can afford nore help.
