[B-Greek] DVORAK Polytonic Greek Keyboard Layout

I believe Gk Dvorak KBD layout is not to offer a novel way of tying
Greek for easy and speedy typing.
No, it is offered for those typing English in Dvorak.
By the way, when I downloaded, it keeps asking what program this is
for. Paul, can you help me on this?
