How often is TOUTESTIN postpositive? I thought it tends to begin the clause.

In understanding the phrase GENNHQENTA EK QEOU PATROS, MONOGENH  from this 
portion of *Ancoratus,* can it take both the word GENNHQENTA and MONOGENH so 
that the phrase would read as follows — *the only begotten Son of God the 
Father?*
