Hi Stephen
I have not seen any differences but since you say it, I would be
interested, if you have the time to show me some examples of the
differences in accentuation that you found.
Since there are global rules, in all Greek Grammars published in
Greece, the chapter about accentuation is at the beginning of the
Grammar books.

Goodwin paragraph 106, page 25 and thereafter
Paragraphs 121-129 accents on nouns and adjectives
and 130 - 135 are not different from the general rules.
