Χαιρε, ω Ιωαννε· (CHAIRE W IWANNE)

I took a brief look at your site today, and think it is a good
resource. I am reading more in the LXX and the church fathers now
(starting with the Didache), and I feel this will be a very helpful
resource for those like me whose Greek reading has mostly been from
the NT.

You have a helpful range of texts available, and the grammar and
vocabulary tools are useful.

I did find one apparent bug, though it may not be a problem for some
users. When I clicked on the return arrow in the grammar/vocabulary
pages, I was not taken back to the text I was reading but to the
previous section of the vocabulary/grammar pages. I looked at this on
our Mac, which is running OS X 10.4.11, trying it in Safari, Opera,
and Firefox. I am running pretty recent versions of each browser.
Also, I should note that the opening page and subpages worked fine in
Safari and Firefox, but not in Opera.

The only comparable web-based resource I have found so far is the
Alpheios browser plugin (http://alpheios.net/) which, in theory, will
allow you to check vocab. and parsing info for any ancient Greek texts
on a website. It is not specific to Biblical Greek, however.

I commend you for making this resource available, and look forward to
seeing it developed further.

Ευχαριστω, ω φιλε μου· (EUCHARISTW, W FILE MOU)
