You can get Sharp's book online for free here: http://books.google.com/books?id=e1oXAAAAYAAJ&printsec=frontcover&dq=granville+sharp&hl=en&ei=kIZZTYqMO8Gs8AaUt8XlBg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CCcQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false.
I would think this would have exactly what has been asked for, except it might take some looking through the book to gather the references rather than there being a convenient list.
Also, Wallace’s book mentioned by James can be found on Google books. It has an appendix that lists NT occurrences of the constructiohn, but not all of its pages are available to view online (though a most of them are):

rule?
As I do not personally have or know of such a "complete list of
Granville-Sharp genuine constructions," I take the question to this
distinguished forum of those "most likely to know."

Is there one in Dan Wallace's book "Granville Sharp's Canon and Its Kin"
from Peter Lang?
If no one knows, I suppose I could go into the warehouse and look :)
Thanks,
James
