Bob's question re Granville Sharp has basically been answered; being
in a different time-zone from most members, I'm a bit late in
replying. I think a list member has pointed out that portions of
Wallace's book are available on the Net, having been digitized by
Google. Just google "Constructions in the New Testament that Fit the
Requirements of the Granville Sharp Rule", which is the name of the
appendix. He lists 79 NT instances. His Ancient Reference Index begins
with relevant OT references, but this is not a list of examples that
meet the requirements of the canon as some of them are discussed and
excluded.

He has also read widely in the extra-Biblical literature, including
papyri, and done his TLG searches. I read the book during my recent
(Australian) summer holidays. I'm sure he wisely indicates somewhere
that he is not claiming to have compiled an exhaustive list. That
said, the breadth of his study was impressive. It's a carefully argued
book and I'd recommend it.

Thanks so much to everyone who replied:

Kelton Graham --- thanks for the list of 60 from Wallace. Somewhere I
recall in his GGBB that there were about 80 in the NT. Wish people
would digitalize their books, nowadays. Would make them far easier to
use and find stuff, besides moving me out of my home.

Sam Lamerson --- and thanks to you. Plan to buy that CD. Not
familiar with the website: spose I can just search "logos"? Also,
wonder what it comes to after postage? I just received a cd from a
friend (it was a surprise) --- his postage was $26.65!! (from Ala)

Brian Abasciano --- thank you, too. I'm not into google, but I bet it
can be gotten from Amazon, also, which I am into. Maybe James has a
bargain on it also. I'd like to have that book, from Wallace.

 And thank you Dr. Conrad.
