In that case, as an alternative, I suggest:
the prototypical ultimate anteantepenult -- a term applicable to
any and all syllables preceding the antepenult, (ir)regardless
of the syllable's quantity. You may apply it without further
ado to συπερκαλιφραγιλιστικεξπιαλιδώσιος with total
confidence that you will not be mislabeling any of those
antecedent syllables. One thing you can be sure of: you
need never place an accent on a prototypical ultimate
anteantepenult. Another thing you can be sure of is that it
will never behave outrageously as if it were an enclitic. It
is much too embarrassed at having to suffer forever a
tonally neutered existence.
