A similar question arises in Matthew 1:6 with EK THS TOU OURIOU. It could be
translated "of her of Uriah" or "of Uriah's woman." All English versions
paraphrase.

Mark:
The TOUS is function like a relative pronoun. According to Wallace, "Sometimes
the article is equivalent to a relative pronoun in force. This is especially
true when it is repeated after a noun before a phrase (e.g., a gen. phrase).
(Wallace, GGBTB, 213)
The TOUS should be translated "which" and so the whole phrase should read, "and
as many as are believing the words which are the Lord's (or "of the Lord")are
seeing God."
I hope this helps,
Kevin
