Can someone rate my translation of this passage from Josephus' Antiquities of the Jews, Book IV, Sec. 235?

My translation:

But, the man desiring to be divorced from *his* wife dwelling with *him*, for whatever cause (and many such causes exist among men), let him assuredly confirm in writing concerning never to come together. For, in this manner, she receives authority to live together with a different man; for before, she is not permitted.
