[b-greek] Secondary Witnesses?

Greetings:

On p.554 in Metzger's "A Textual Commentary on the Greek NT," dealing
with Col.1:14, the following statement is made: "The Textus Receptus,
following several secondary witnesses, interpolates from Eph. 1:7.... "
What is meant by "secondary witnesses," and to what documents is he
referring? Are any of these witnesses Greek manuscripts?

Many thanks.
