I'm sorry but I felt when this first appeared (re-appeared) that the focus
wasn't going to fall strictly on the lexicological problem and it hasn't.
Our archives are full of very thorough discussion of this item of
vocabulary from the past, and that should be sufficient. Let's not have any
more of this at this time, please. Thanks.
