 Dear Carl,

 By half-decent I meant no more than "any reasonable commentary", because
 there would inevitably be some strife over which commentary were the best.
 We all have our favourites, and I wouldn't want to exclude anyone's favourite
 from consideration. Hence "half-decent", meaning your favourite plus
 everyone else's favourite.
