This seems to me a clear case of scribal confusion. By making AUTOU
masculine the antecedent becomes hOS (or ITS antecedent, ANHR AIQIOPS
EUNOUCOS). This, of course, makes little sense. That's probably why this
variant is not listed in NA27.
