"Should" sounds like a suggestion, or a recomendation, something subjunctive
or hortatory? "Must !" is clear. "Should !" is muddled, like, "I started to
be forceful, but I hesitated." Does "should" express urgency? Is "should"
really an imperative?
If "let him be baptized" improperly implys premission, How 'bout "Ye repent,
and require him to be baptized ..." ???
