You mean this isn't just a mirage I'm chasing? <g> I read Spanish and Latin
fairly well and once upon a time I was so fluent in French I dreamed in it.
Unfortunately, there aren't any resources for immersing myself in Koine the way
I was able to in French [music, movies, books] and so I've been afraid that the
"effortless" fluency I had in French would never occur. I'm THRILLED to hear
that there will indeed be a day when I can pick up a text I've never seen
before and just read it.
