Steven, try the introductions to thke individual books in James
charlesworth, ed. The Olt Testament Pseudepigrapha, 2 vol. Doubleday.

In vol. 2, p. 250 M. D. Johnson points out that there is an edition of the
Greek text by Tischendorf in 1866 There are now 167 known Greek MSS. There
is no modern critical edition in print.
