NOOS is the genitive of NOUS. BAG has: NOUS, NOOS, NOI, NOUN.
Consistent use in the NT bears this out.
Taking NOUS as the genitive, I pretty much assumed DEXIOTHS was a
genitive in parallel and with the -HS ending.
