If you have a copy of the Rahlfs LXX, there is a "folder" that comes with
it that gives tables of correlation.

Failing that I would look at Henry B. Swete's INTRODUCTIONI TO THE OT IN
GREEK or S Jellicoe's.

Since I am writing this away from my library, I cannot give you page nos.
