Mark 2:9: present imperative and aorist imperative

In Mark 2:9 we read:
EGEIRE KAI ARON TON KRABATTON SOU KAI PERIPATEI.

Is there any reason why the author uses a sequence of
present imperative, aorist imperative, and present imperative?

Especially I do not understand the point of present-aorist
sequence, "Be arising and take". Perhaps I do not understand
present imperatives. Do they generally have "inchoative meaning",
i.e. "start doing X"?

Sincerely
Moon
