Carl,
now the thing is clear to me. I thought that

the translation "We all shall not sleep" in contrast to
the translation "not all of us shall sleep" intended to
 mean "each and every one of us shall not sleep"
,that is, "no body will sleep" .

But you clearly demonstrated that the verse means that
"not all of us shall sleep".
