Hebrews 10:5

Hi Everyone,

When was the first Septuagint translation of the Psalms completed?

My general reference works infer that this occurred no later than the 1st
Century BC, but a friend of mine insists that no Septuagint translation of
the Psalms occurred until at least 40AD.

What is the likely date of the Septuagint text quoted by Paul in Hebrews
10:5 (from Psalm 40:6)?

Was this text translated by Jewish scholars? If not, then by whom?

Thanks!

Craig
