[b-greek] entole

Since I am not even to the stage of a beginner in Greek, please excuse my
ineptitude in expressing this question and try to help me understand the my
problem with it.

What is the justification of "ENTOLH", entole, being translated in some
cases as commandment and in other cases being translated as commandments?
Examples: I Jn.2:3 and 2:7. Thanks in advance for any enlightenment. Jesse
