I understand we have unearthed two inscriptions
from the Herodian Temple that were found written
on the "middle wall of partition" that advised
Gentiles not to proceed, to avoid the pain of death.

However, the only two inscriptions found (1871, 1935)
were both written in Greek. Josephus (Wars 5.194)
tells us that these warnings were evenly spaced around
the wall and written in both Greek and Latin.

Has a Latin inscription been found?

Thanks,

Mark Wilson
